📋 What is NEET UG 2026?

NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate) is India's single national entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BUMS and other UG medical courses across all government and private medical colleges. Conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), it is held once a year in pen-and-paper mode.

NEET UG 2026 will be held on 03 May 2026 (Sunday) from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM across 543+ exam cities in India and 14 cities abroad. Over 24 lakh students are expected to appear.

📌 Important: NEET UG is the only gateway for MBBS/BDS admissions in India. No state-level medical entrance is accepted separately.
