NMC has a campus of around 100 acres of Land and different
departments of the hospital are spread over several buildings in the campus. NMC offers MBBS course to India Students at Undergraduate Level. Fees of Nalanda Medical College is also very Low so students can complete their MBBS Study easily. NMC
is a major hub for treatment of all specialty in eastern patna taking care of
approximately 2000 patient per day in OPD. The no of admission of patient per
day in different departments and in casualty as well as in emergency is also
very high. The hospital has about 750 beds with a very high percentage of bed
occupancy. Hospital has fully computerized centralized registration counter.
Distribution of medicine among the OPD patients as well as to the admitted
patients is done as per Bihar government guidelines. There are 29 medical
departments of Anatomy, Biochemistry, ENT, Medicine, Surgery etc.

Medical Journals.
2. Laboratory: Nalanda Medical
College has an up-to-date, fully equipped laboratory in the department of
Biochemistry, Physiology, P.S.M, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine
& Pharmacology. The labs are well stocked all the latest instruments.
3. Hostel: Nalanda Medical College has 3 Hostel
for accommodation students of undergraduate & Post-graduate students. There
are Two hostels for boys and 1 hostel
for girls. hostels have adequate capacity and are equipped with facilities like
mess and proper security. Hostel for Interns & Residents is located in the
campus of NMC Hospital at Agamkuan.
4. Canteen: Students get good food and hygiene
environment at canteen. food is the elementary need of every human being.
5. Lecture Theaters: Students get best
