ABOUT-MEDICAL EDUCATION COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR BACHELOR LEVEL PROGRAMS
- Please note that the MEC Registration will begin from 8th January,2023 for 2022-2023 session.
- The last date for MEC Registration for 2022-2023 session is 5th February,2023 .
- Candidates can apply through online application available at www.mec.gov.np from 10:00 A.M. on 8th January.
-The MECEE BL examination for MBBS seat has been scheduled on 8th March,2023 from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
* Candidate must have 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
SYLLABUS & MARKINGS OF MECEE BL EXAMINATION
-MEC examinations has 200 questions of 1 mark each, let us discuss about the subjects & their weightage.
* MEC examinations has 200 MCQ questions.
* MEC examination has no negative markings.
* The duration of examination is of 3.5 hours.
* It consists of Subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology followed by General Knowledge ,English & Introduction of Health & Medical Aptitude.
* Physics, Chemistry & Biology had 50 questions individually.
* MEC exams consists of 50 questions of General Knowledge, English & Introduction of Health & Medical Aptitude.
* Candidate needs to prepare for Nepal & World level Questions for Attempting General Knowledge Section.
